About Me
Hi, I’m Thomas. I’m here to help improve my lifts.
It all started a couple years ago when I realized that to both minimize the risk of injury, and maximize my goalkeeping game I needed to hit the weights. Since then, I have played 4 years of varsity soccer, and attended the gym on a regular basis..
Now I’m into my next stage of life, and soccer isn’t my number one priority, so I think its time to pivot away from explosive exercises and try to lift as much weight as possible. Over the course of this semester, I will attempt to increase my lifts as much as possible while maintaining a healthy weight.

- Current Bench: 200lbs
- Current Leg press: 250lbs
