Final Reflection
Inquiry
For my free inquiry project, I pursued the goal to try and improve my gym lifts, as well as work on my other personal fitness goals. This project helped me to thrive this semester as I felt more clear, and motivated every day after my exercises. My final thoughts on my project is that it lived up to the hype I initially came in with. What I enjoyed most about this inquiry were the connections I made throughout it with both fellow TCs and those I made at the gym. Me and some fellow TCs would go to the gym 3 or more times a week and this helped us to form tighter bonds whilst increasing our personal health.

Advice
Some advice I would give to the next years teacher candidates is to choose an inquiry project that they will be able to keep with week in and week out. This usually means choosing something that you are passionate about completing as without that drive it may become boring or stale.
Ed Tech Tools
The tools that I found most helpful with my inquiry project were AI, and tracking apps. AI helped me to organize and log my day to day exercises, while tracking apps aided me with tracking my macros. Most tracking apps have a AI photo scanner to help count calories without weighing/measuring each ingredient.
All these tools and hard work combined helped me to obtain my goal of increasing my lifts while increasing my cardiovascular fitness.
